Satmaster Pro: Satellite Link Budget & Sun Outage Calculator

Satmaster Pro is a comprehensive satellite link budget calculator with additional tools for antenna aiming, dual feed spacing and sun outage prediction. Atmospheric modelling conforms to the ITU-R recommendations P.618-13, P.676-12, P.837-7, P.1511-2, P.840-8 and dependencies. Modcod selectors are provided for DVB-S, DVB-S2(X), NS3, NS4 as well as manual input. Runs independently from the internet on regular Windows XP/7/8/10 or 11. The full package also includes a command line GEO link budget variant, Satmaster v3.1c, which may be used for either single or multiple link budgets (batch mode).

Current satlist.geo file for use with Satmaster Pro and QuickAim. Positions are based on a quarterly TLE snapshot but can be user modified or appended with the inbuilt editor (except demo versions). Download and unzip to the main Satmaster Pro folder overwriting the old file usually located at: C:\Program Files (x86)\Satmaster Pro\satlist.geo
